Perioperative Nurse
Kristine is a qualified Perioperative Nurse Surgical Assistant with over a decade of experience across multiple surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Upper GI, Urology, Obstetrics, and Thoracic surgery. Originally from the Philippines, she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing before completing a postgraduate certificate in perioperative practice at the University of Tasmania and advanced studies in Perioperative Nurse Surgical Assisting as part of La Trobe University’s Master’s Program in Melbourne. Outside of work, Kristine enjoys baking cakes and desserts, reflecting her dedication, creativity, and vibrant approach to life.
Receptionist
Katelyn is a skilled receptionist with a Diploma in Business, Certificate IV in Medical Administration, and Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting. She provides professional, compassionate support to both patients and the healthcare team, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, organised, and positive. Katelyn is passionate about delivering a smooth experience for every patient and fostering a friendly, approachable environment. In her free time, she loves adventuring and spending time at the beach with her son, finding inspiration in exploring new places together.
Receptionist
Practice Manager
Rebecca is a certified Practice Manager with the Australian Association of Practice Managers and brings over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, patient services, and leading multidisciplinary teams. She oversees the day-to-day operations at Macarthur Symmetry Breast and General Surgical Centre, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care for all patients. She also serves as Group Manager for Optimal Health Medical Centres, supporting multiple practices across Gregory Hills, Rhodes Central, and Leppington. Rebecca’s expertise in strategic planning, accreditation, and quality improvement helps create efficient systems and fosters a culture of professionalism and empathy.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys connecting with her team, finding creative ways to improve patient experiences, and balancing her busy schedule with personal time for reflection and growth.
Dr Ali Rizvi is an experienced General, Breast, and Endocrine Surgeon in Sydney. Trained at leading Australian institutions, he specialises in laparoscopic surgery, breast oncoplastic surgery, surgical oncology, endocrine surgery, and endoscopy.
As the lead of the Sydney Surgical Team, Dr Rizvi is dedicated to providing safe, personalised, and compassionate care supported by an experienced team of nurses and staff.
